ESN Construction was established in 2004, to provide a company that could project manage construction work, from beginning to end, reducing the time that is often wasted by dealing with multiple subcontractors.
The concept found favour with local and then national developers, Architects and Investors.
Our philosophy is simple. Our aim is to take your project and get it done. We remove the stress and hassle from our clients by working with selected and trusted sub contractors and coordinating these on behalf of our clients. One point of communication, making things simple.

ESN Construction staff are all highly experienced tradespeople with a reputation for quality. From our MD Roy all the way through to our apprentices, quality and customer service pervade all we do.

ESN Construction has been Registered Master Builders since 2004. We also have Licenced Building Practitioners working for us.
Our Location
Our offices are in Frankton, Hamilton, where we have excellent meeting and project planning facilities. However we travel all over the upper North Island to work closely with customers. We have just completed working on an alteration on Waiheke Island which proved challenging in terms of logistics and the fact it is sited on the side of a hill.
